v1.0 · ProductionMulti-Platform Publishing & Analytics Loop

MatrixPost

Publishing one piece of content to six platforms means six rounds of manual formatting and uploading; afterwards, the numbers are scattered across six dashboards and reviews are stitched together from screenshots. MatrixPost turns multi-platform operations into a content hub: edit once, and a per-platform rule engine adapts titles, covers, tags and length limits automatically, with a scheduled queue publishing everything. Data flows back into a single dashboard, and AI suggests topics based on your own historical data — not generic trending lists.

The problem we solve

  • 1 piece × 6 platforms = 6 rounds of manual formatting and uploading — hours of pure hauling daily
  • Each platform has different title limits, cover ratios and tag rules; memory-driven workflows mean constant rework
  • Data scattered across platform dashboards; cross-platform review = screenshots + Excel
  • Topic selection driven by trending lists, disconnected from your own account data

Core capabilities

Edit once, adapt everywhere

The rule engine handles per-platform title limits, cover sizes, tag and topic formats — one edit produces platform-ready drafts for all.

Scheduled publishing queue

Schedule by each platform's best time slots; the queue dispatches centrally with live status and failure alerts.

Analytics loop dashboard

Views, engagement and follower growth aggregated across platforms in one dashboard — trends, comparisons, and per-post cross-platform performance at a glance.

AI topic suggestions

Modeled on your own accounts' historical performance, not generic trending lists — it tells you what your audience wants.

Account matrix management

Multiple accounts, platforms and roles managed in one place, with tiered permissions and a full matrix overview.

Architecture

A content hub with plugin-style platform adapters — a new platform is just one more plugin.

L1

Dashboard layer

Next.js dashboard

Content editing, scheduling calendar, analytics dashboard, matrix management.

L2

Hub layer

Content hub · PostgreSQL

Single source of truth for content assets, platform rules, accounts and schedules.

L3

Adapter layer

Plugin-style platform adapters

One adapter per platform: format adaptation, publishing API, data collection — iterated independently.

L4

Scheduling layer

Worker + data backflow

Scheduled publishing, periodic data collection, retries and alerting.

Tech stack

  • PostgreSQL (single source of truth for the content hub)
  • Plugin-style platform adapters (one per platform, independently deployed)
  • Scheduler workers (timed publishing + data collection backflow)
  • Next.js (operations dashboard)
  • Local LLM (topic modeling — data never leaves your domain)
